Need Account: Does the resource require you to create an account for you or your students (Yes/No)

Cost: Is there a monetary requirement for the use of the resource (price)

Data Location: Where is the data stored. Though we have an easing of FOIPPA requirements through ministerial order No. M085 we are still required to ensure that the data is “reasonably secure in compliance with s. 30 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act”. In addition, we must retain the capacity to manage and remove the information. (country)

Anonymize data: Any data location other than Canada would require anonymized data to remain compliant with section 30 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. (Yes/No)

Retain Control of data: Does the resource contain provision in their privacy policy which allows the account creator to request changes and removal of data. (yes/no)

Student Performance Information: Does the website have functionality which allows a teacher to see growth over time and or performance information of students. (Yes/No)
